GoogEdit comes in two flavors: GoogEdit Free (which you can download from this page) and GoogEdit Pro - with more features:

• You will be able to load and save project files, ideal for multiple Adwords campaigns.
• The Ad editor panel allows you to compose ads and save them much easier than any other way: keep track of character and line counts while you type, but without ‘hitting the wall’ like you do using Google’s online ad editor.
• The Email Cleaner panel, allowing you to pour in messy email lists, and have them cleaned up, sorted, and duplicates removed.
• More Adwords cleaner options:

• You’ll be able to turn off the help file display at the stop, and the lower banners won’t display anymore.

• Within 1 business day (2 at the most) you will receive an unlock key, which is used to unlock the PRO features in the free GoogEdit program.
• Run GoogEdit, and use the ‘About’ menu option, and then the ‘Register’ button in the ‘About’ box.
• In the registration form displayed, enter your unlock codes, one per line.
• Once successfully entered, just shut down GoogEdit and restart it to activate GoogEdit PRO.

From there, you’ll be able to manage your Adwords campaigns more effectively - with GoogEdit PRO.
